Any advice for me from mods/administrator - warning removal?

I have a few questions and you can close the thread for me to not provoke not necessary discussions.
Mods and admin can reply in closed threads.

On the beggining, I want to appologies for opening such threads.

I've got a warning for "Spammed Advertising" from one of Super Moderators in October. I've put in my tutorial post, link to my own BST with little bigger font. That's all. I understand the lesson and not broken any rule for October 13.
Got my warning in October 13 to ... April 13. I want to send a new BST to Marketplace and spend some money for sticky and mailing advertisement on BHW. However, April 13 - 4 months left!

Tried to contact moderator, very polite, with respect for December 3, repeat every one week to give him time. No response, no reaction, so I don't know if my PM not received or just I was ignored. He have right to do it of course.
He could just reply "no" and I will shut up and respect my punishment to the end.

So my questions?
-can administrator remove it?
-can any other Super Moderator remove it?
-is it ok to not response for such long time?
