Anime reupload without getting copyrighted? How did they do that?

Hello guys, i'm new in here and this is my first thread.
I don't make any method in this thread, just asking some questions that still not get the answer.
I have seen similar thread but still not answered.

I have been watching this channel a month now, this anime videos get trending in my country without copyright issues, all of they videos are in HD, without watermark or any ffmpeg trick at all i guess. It's clean and after a week and get lot of views they delete the video. I try to reupload their videos and get copyrighted.
I'm just wondering, this channel is makes me speechles. How did they bypass the youtube copyright?
