Yes you can use any of your mail programs as well. For business i would recommend max 2K per day but this is really up to you

I have already some warmed up ips but I have special pricing for these ones. IF ips get blacklisted can be replaced but setup fees have to be repaid since SMTP have to be reconfigured as well.
