I recommend you to get 99 cents domain like veboo mentioned but instead of $12 hosting you can buy a cheap VPS at Linode for $5 or if you want even cheaper than that, check Vultr for $2.5. (I haven't tested their servers' quality though, search around.)
The next step is, of course, setting up a working website on the VPS. Depending on how experienced you are with this or how willing you are to learn a bit of Linux command line interface (Linode and DigitalOcean have great step-by-step guides to help you with everything you will need.), you can set it up under six hours. Don't forget about doing security updates once you boot the VPS. But if you are lazy and rather want to quickly continue to the more "fun" part then use ServerPilot to automatically set it all up for you, including the installation of Wordpress. (Assuming you will be using it.)
From here on it is up to you what you want to do. You could turn your website into an offer landing page for your Instagram followers / Bio link clicker. (There are a bunch of methods here about how to get a lot of followers fast without spending anything if you can do a little bit of manual and mundane tasks of following and unfollowing followers of the Big accounts for example.) But as I said earlier, this is your road to walk on and I cannot force my foot into your shoe to help you out.
Anyway, do some research on this forum and you will hopefully get a better idea of what will work best for you.
