What are the chances that BTC will fall below 9k$ anytime soon?

Self-explanatory title, what do you think are the chances that bitcoin will fall below 9k dollars in the coming few months? Should I keep my BTC in wallet or should I take them out?

Also, what is the ideal way do you suggest for me to withdraw my bitcoin? Should I convert them to ETH then to Paypal or directly to Paypal?
My wallet is on Coinbase and they're a bitch with withdrawal fees.

Dude, bitcoin is 16K right now
If it drops tomorrow to 9K, it just lost almost fucking 50% of its value and people are homeless.
That means it wont stop at 9K but will probably crash to $1000 or something, and then the day after to $200...

for this time of the year and with tax reform i can see everyone dumping it on thurs and friday to the point it gets to under 10k then a huge huge buying oppturnity for the beginning of the year.

Its probably not going back down to that level. The recent drop in price is just a temporary market correction, due to various factors the most important being corporations / investment funds cashing out on their bitcoins and converting these into Dollars before the end of the year so they can write these as profits to their balance sheets and P&Ls. It should stabilise around the 15K level for a while before kicking back off. Hopefully
