UPDATE:
-Confirmed The Verification Loop: Got all my accounts out of the loop by doing the following:
1. Used the bot browser and logged in to the account, clicked " it was me"
2. Closed the browser directly, and didn't touch the account for 24 hours.
3. did that to all my accounts,
4.traveled to another town ( you have to travel as well
).
5.when I came back, started all the accounts and all of them worked.
P.S: don't start your accounts after you verify, you need to leave them untouched for 24 hours directly after verifying the loop.
don't forget the traveling part, its necessary.

Yes, didn't get a single one using the last settings I reached ,but I am going to test 2 new settings today, ( using FREE in bio ) in an untouched account and using it in a warmed account that was running with my last setting.

Alright i'll change my bios too. Just so u know i have an acc in which im doing concert tickets giveaway so the profile pic is just the name of that concert and i still got blocks on it, the bio triggers the blocks and not the profile pic im pretty sure abt that now

The word "FREE" in the bio is not a problem believe me, all you need to do is to let accounts rest a little and lower the settings. Do some natural actions on accounts (example: liking randomg pics 3-8 a day, comment some random pics 2-3 a day etc.) You really need to make your account look natural in any possible way! Good luck!

yep try rephrasing them, and I advice that you let them rest after modifying something.

letting them rest is critical ofc , but from the tests I made, using accounts bought from the same provider, and using the same proxies, the accounts where I used my last settings didn't get any follow block.

Man what did u change to avoid follow blocks ? And how did those changes affect conversions ?

I got a follow block in 24/12 , stopped the account, made the tests , it didn't get any follow block after I used the settings I reached.
oh and for the conversions, the niches I picked aren't that great, I am going for something else
