Hello, i have simple question. Will there be difference in views, If i create a new YT account and upload a video, or If i upload video with aged account?

Old account is better because of lesser disable possibilities than new account, that's it, it doesn't matter how old your videos on YT.

Age of the Account Dosent Matter, Number of Subscribers in the Channel, Niche of the suscribers, Content, Title, Tags, Description, Rating of the People, Number of Likes, Number of Dislikes etc Matters..

The best accounts are created by yourself. From your PC, OS, browser, IP etc.
Especially if you are going to use them often.
Create a few accounts from your computer, upload simple videos.
You will have several aged accounts in 6-12 months.
