Hey I'm just looking for anyone who's dropshipping from Amazon using prime as I have some questions..

Basically I'm planning to do this and was wondering if Amazon allows it/will find out and ban me soon as I'll be sending products to multiple addresses which can seem fishy..

If you've done it before, how many orders were you fulfilling a day, what's a safe limit & how long did it take before Amazon banned you lol?

Cheers..

It seems like something they would get pissy about, aside from that - I can see your customers getting pissy when they open the box to find a different price on the invoice...

I see two potential workarounds:

  • Ship it to yourself and then on to your customers, taking out amazons invoice and replacing it with your own. I know it won't be 2 day shipping but that's something you'll have to live with. Are you offering free shipping?
  • If you want to risk it, you could send it as a "Gift"

I wanted to do this too but it's not a good idea in my opinion! You can dropship them on eBay or another marketplace using the "gift" option of Amazon so that your customers won't be able to see the original price but most of them would get suspicious on receiving a package from Amazon! They could then use the order number that's inside of the package and report it to Amazon which would be led to you getting your Amazon Prime option removed or worst your entire account banned!

I'm not worried about getting accounts banned as I'll be making/buying prime accounts. And most of the stuff I ordered don't even have Amazon branding on the box lol.

If I order as a gift, there'll be no invoice so that's not an issue. Just wanted to know how long I can get away with it before a ban.

Cheers.

Could you not create a new account and just go nuts until they do ban you, and then you'll know?

If no one reports you you'll not get banned! Unless you make too many orders then Amazon itself might get suspicious and investigate on your account to see what's going on
