Checking back through the browser history and yep I got phished.
It seems when I was checking the balance I was on the right site but when I actually created the wallet I was on a phishing site without realising. The fuckers are using the unicode trick. Spot the difference in the web addresses...
The address is actually this and if I had actually checked the https certificate is what I would have seen.

It would seem I clicked a link to get there first time rather than typing it like I normally do. Simple noob security fail.
This, children is why you should not stop up until 5am looking at candle sticks and then mess around with your crypto without a sufficient coffee intake.
On the plus side the PC is not the problem (just the user).
