I had tried it once with IG + ogads with niche being get followers. it failed and never tried again. IG was banning all my account. I was using Massplanner software and IG accounts were phone verified and created by me.
Let us see where do you get this journey to.

Did you take time to grow your accounts before you started follow a lot of people and putting link on profile? Also, did you use the same link for multiple profiles?

I gave them like 1-2 days max. I had 2 accounts only for experimenting. I had put direct link of ogads which is the landing page provided by ogads (not the direct app install page). Landing page will ask user to install app from play store to get access to fake free instagram followers.

That is most certainly why. Instagram picks up on CPA links and will ban the account immediately. You need to create your own landing page with its own domain and then shorten that link and then put it on your profile. The landing page(s) you create should have a link instructing users to click it..then when they click it, you should make it bring them to the OGAds landing page. It's also bad to use the same link for multiple profiles. It's best to create multiple copies of one landing page (which you created), then the attach a unique domain to each of them (buy domains). Then shorten each domain link and put one in each profile.
