Is my twitter account done?

Hello,

Im running a twitter account which is adult material, 30k followers or so....

Today I got my account " currently " suspended.

This is what I received in mail....Is my account gone for ever?

edit; Twitter acccount is under proxy all the time and none of my real info was on there.

I don't think that it is gone forever - not until you contact Twitter to see what happened. Sometimes it's a mistake, but usually, someone reported you. Check their guidelines and see if you broke the terms in any way. They should be able to help you out if you didn't do anything wrong.

You can ususally get it back. The only way to know is to contact twitter.

I did sent them a reply....Apologizing etc and teling it wont happen again....hopefully it works.

They reported me for copy right... i claimed in BIO " I DO NOT OWN ANY CONTENT TWEETED " ....Still got reported...

Just because you have a thing in your bio saying it's not your work doesn't mean it's okay for you to post it.

but it was like 100000 videos? I never claimed anything was mine. All differnt videos it was my bot who posted stuff from tumblr...I have no idea what exacly video or something.

I guess its a lost account then. nothing more to do when it come to compyright stuff

I think this happend to another BIG adult page like 1 mil followers...He got also taken down and just came up back. He also posts different videos daily. each damn min.

They filed a DMCA which means they had to show Twitter proof that you stole their content.

You got extremely unlucky, because the odds of someone finding out are rare.

Truly what it means is the the person is narcissistic and was searching for themselves in search engines. lol

dmca take down.

ask twitter or the dmca what files they need tacken down there soon tell you .

once the files are removed that it but becouse you been suspended means you must been told about this time back and you ignored it check your spam folder.

no good now anyway just grovel tell them your remove any dmca stirght away and very sorry play dumb

you can say you got hacked and soneone uploaded all crap but your account might get cleared ....

thanks guys for the reply... The tiwtter account got 19k TWEETS!!!!!! 19k! how in the fking hell did that guy or girl manage to find out the video?! I never mention any names! it was for adult CPA ! nothing else...relly crazy!!!

Im currently suspended! not PREMANENT suspended....i think there is a chance!!! I still after 24H have not received any reply back from twitter yet, hopefully they will reply very soon...

The files are from Tumblr...maybe someone searched the video name from tumblr and found out my twitter...

It grows 1k each day...so it was 100k+ twiter account over 1,8milj reach daily...

Yap, mostly you will need to tack down those files / videos that violate DMCA.

ask twitter or the dmca what files they need tacken down there soon tell you .

Hey I'm currently going through the same exact thing, it's been 3 days and I haven't heard anything back from Twitter. Did you ever get your account restored?

Sadly not!
I cant even do anytihng on my twitter account...I think its permanent suspended. If i want to get it back I have to get involved in serious legal stuff and they can take me to court etc of what I understood from twitter. And I dont want that...So I gave up the account.

I lost one 32K before Christmas and even offered to down the DMCA content and they said no, hope you have better luck then I did!!

I believe the only way to get your Twitter account back is to contact Twitter. Recheck Twitter's TOS to make sure that you haven't violated any of their rules. Good luck!
