Where to find personalized website templates?

I am looking for a website that offers personalized website templates similar to Wordpress, but based on more specific needs other than blogging.

An example is:

There you got ready fiverr-type of websites and many others.

Either it can be custom made CMS's or built upon WordPress.

More specifically, I am looking for a review-type of website where users can submit their own reviews for products.

Any suggestions?

You can go with WordPress Comment From too. It is also best for submitting the comments on the WordPress site.
