QualityPlacements is a Scammer

Hello,

I, too, have had a horrible experience with QualityPlacements.

I paid him $175 for 100 ads a day for 5 days, and he said he would get the campaign up and running the next day. 5 days later, no postings. Since I didn't like his lack of integrity, I asked for a refund.

I opened up a Paypal dispute to expedite the refund, and he responded with a threat that if I didn't close the dispute he wouldn't give me back my money. So I closed the dispute.

Around the beginning of August he said he would issue the refund in 11 business days. That was okay with me. So I waited.

Now, after a month, and MANY attempts at contacting him, I have not received my refund, I havn't received any replies, and I can not re-open the Paypal dispute.

I already contacted the mods and there isn't much I can do at this point.
I just wrote this so you guys know to stay away from him!

That's your mistake. You shouldn't close the dispute. If you close it you cannot make that claim again.

Often evil people threaten you to do a certain thing. The opposite is true.

maybe you can still do a charge back if you paid on a credit card. try calling paypal and tell them the guy tricked you into closing the dispute and maybe they will reopen it. i doubt it though.

No Good!......same thing here, only he told me his dog died!! I felt horrible, so I closed the dispute.....guess what happened!! NFG!!
