Nobody provide unlimited free mailing service. Why would someone should do something like that ? Almost all of those email campaign sites offer a free package but always there are limitations. Otherwise nobody would buy their paid packages.
Elasticemail has a 150k mails per month free package. You can send only about 5000 mails per day but if you have a bigger list then you should able to go for one of those paid packages.

Assuming your domain is clean and your not spamming you can just ask your web host. For example i use bluehost. I have had large email lists and asked them and they upgraded my account to 5000 per hour for free. So unless your looking at sending more than 100000 per day you can ask your hosting provider to increase your throttling limit.
