JARVEE bot not running

hello can anyone help me with this problem, i tried using JARVEE and the follow/unfollow feature is not running for me, i tried the 5 day free trial to see how it works, is it just me that it doesn't run?

I don't know how asking in the forum would get you better support then their actual support system. Have you emailed/PM/Skyped the owner of JARVEE on the forum OR contacted them through their site? If so, I think posting on their thread would be a lot better as well. Just a suggestion.

Yes i contacted them, i also PMed the the creator of it a while ago

Did you select a source for the follow function? Support is usually fast no matter if it's sunday or not, so always contact them first
