Dancing between #6 and #9 - What should i do to improve it?

first of all i want to ( Thank every one helped me with any word or advise in my previous threads )

after 4 months of working, my targeted keyword dancing between #9 and #6 but in google spain
and dancing between #28 and #19, and sometimes between #19 and #8 in google usa

What should i do now to improve my ranking in google usa? more content or more backlinks?
and is there any problems if i got backlinks from english websites for my spanish website?

Yes, my social signals are better than my competitors
i have ( fb, twitter, pinterest, instagram, linkedin signals .. my competitors only have some FB social signals )
my website weakness point : no follow backlinks more than the do follow .. but all of them are high quality and relevant

Both adding links and quality content will help you rank higher in google usa; and you can get backlinks from english websites for your spanish website, it is fine.

I think social signals and some good quality links from high quality sites would definitely and gradually increase your site's rank higher over time. Long gone were the days where you can go a link blast and reach #1 in SERP after X-period of time.
Things are moving slower now, and if you are able to gradually build some good quality links , something that has TF>25 , PA/DA>35, and when you accumulate more of such links, you will notice your site will gradually move up the rank inch by inch higher.
Also, try putting a more attractive description/title for your site, like 'free', 'buy 1 free 1' , 90% discount here, as those would improve the CTR on the SERP, which also boost ranking.

Relevancy is the most factor, do or nofollow is not a big thing. But, nofollow links will not help in getting link juice for the site.Link juice is So try to add up d0follow links to increase the ranking. And maintain the correct ratio between them.

More content, and US based backlinks would be my suggestion. Google sees the location and IP range your backlinks are coming from. You can try PBN links, guest posting, maybe some relevant blog commenting, but don't start spamming your site with low quality links, and cheap packages, at least not directly.
