3 years premium hosting for $4?? Really?? Should I get it??

Just checked out this company called hostpixal(not my company and I'm in no way affiliated to it)..
Today they're offering 3 years hosting for $4...
$4 isn't a big amount, but it feels odd, right?? A discount of $248..
What do you guys think?? Can they be trusted??

They're just starting out - I believe they want to acquire much customers as possible. @MisterF posted a coupon for a year free hosting you can check that out.

NB: I wouldn't advice hosting a serious business with them yet as they're new in the game and prone to technical flaws.
