I think its little high price as compared to marketplace price range. You should focus on more competitive pricing model.

op showed me his bush and i must say that the entire niche is still in its grassroots which means that someone that would take the time to churn out 10-20k words of content could rank #1 in no time.
its pretty region specific so getting a content writer that knows his shit would be close to impossible but yeah if ure from there this is a great opportunity
monetization might be a bit of a pain in the neck (imho) but i would find a way around if i really wanted to- its not impossible thats what im saying.
