Is there a tool to check the English level of an article? the way google is checking it?
Because I know that bad English or grammatical errors are not welcome by Google.
So is there a tool, like page speed tools and other SEO tool , some of them supplied by Google to check English quality?

You may use Grammarly Premium to do it.
It's very decent but not perfect...

Yeah Grammarly or Microsoft Word are decent enough. From there you get better by practicing.

Overall, you should use plenty of spacing to seperate ideas.

You should also keep you words and sentences simple. Most people read on their phone, are slightly moronic, and are tired.

Give the market what it wants lol.

The free edition of Grammarly is your best bet, you can use it as a browser extension, or as a plugin for MS Word. It detects the worst mistakes, but academic level error detection is hidden behind premium. For general purposes the free edition is good enough in my opinion. Maybe if you'd like to get into Kindle publishing you can consider premium. But for a low budget method free will be just enough.

Yes you correct . High quality article after correct the error the quality will decrease

Human brain is better then AI

Did you know AI is created by human
I think you already know about that
That doesn't mean the creator is equal or more intelligent than the AI itself. The point is it can learn on its own to become the master. ;)

Grammarly is very good as recommended above. It goes into deep detail of advanced grammar, as well as the basics like spelling.

tried them all dont work

any ones for blind ppl a talking browser type application

If it's just grammatical errors..you can just copy the file or import it to google translate. If there is some grammatical mistake, it shows in "did you mean.." below. In that way you can correct grammatical errors.
