Detailed review below:
Web2.0:
Quality of the web2.0s is normal, 1 page with keyword as a subdomain.
Good thing is they only used: naked url, brand and general keywords for these properties.
Content looks good, is readable and spun.
Sites like justpaste.it, skyrock, yolasite are used. So this is good for diversification.
This will help me to hit some pbns with exact keyword without getting a penalty.
Article submission :
Got links from medium, storify etc
Nofollow links with brand anchors, so good enough.
Press release :
It was submitted on prsync and 2 bookmarking sites. Okay content.
Used a longtail keyword which is good as the sites are good.
Document submission:
Got links on SlideShare etc with naked url.
Good enough for me.
Image, profile, social bookmarking, videos
Like $10 package on fiverr. Good for the price.
Good Tumblr, WordPress properties.
Social shares were done on fake girl profile
So real visitors were there haha.
Nice touch in my opinion...

Haven't seen them! Can't say how they look or about the power. So will just have to wait.
Got tier 2 links to all the web2.0 properties and the present rank of the keyword is #24 and let's see if this can move it to page 2.
I would say this is a good service if you want diversity without spending a lot.
These links work if you get brand, general and naked urls as anchors. Then get nicely made expired web2.0s and high quality guestposts + pbns to get the rankings
