My Wordpress+Woocommerce store PayPal got limited

My Woocommerce store got limited after 6 months of operating.
How to add new PayPal account with the Store now? I cannot change the domain because of marketing (SEO and linkbuilding).

What modifications can be done not to get linked PayPal account? Can anybody help with that.

And why can't you un-limit your paypal account?
