I use rss post , and use rss feeds and drive trafic amd i have built an xml rpc system inplace that takes some articles from txt files and adds them on the website , a demo can be found at angularquestions

rss posting plugins, there are tons of them. I also used a posting tool which takes always new posts from their own database, forget the name of it
