I don't get it... how is this self explanatory?
If they claim and cancel that takes a few days and it also doesn't do a lot of good to my paypal account. Anyways, thanks for trying to help me.
I guess there s no other option but to try and figure out ways I can seize the service if they do stuff like that. Kinda hard with info products though...

Oh, yes it does. All they have to do is claim that someone else got access to their account and made the payment. The info product gets sent automatically so there is no way to argue. The buyer wins almost every time. I wouldn't ask if I wouldn't have had it happen... I think using services like payloadz or clickbank is the way to go.

For people I sell products and services to that I don't trust. I offer my email; If they want a refund they could ask, but people who do this are just cheap ass bastards and they prefer to just use claims like these and jeopardize my account. Mostly because they have no reason to ask for the refund.

If they pay for the product or service through a PayPal button on a website, use the donate function, donations are never refunded.

Remember suddenly getting lots of donations and that too of the SAME amount could get paypal suspicious and they may limit your account.
Another way so that he cannot chargeback is by sending a Mass Payment by using the "Mass Payment" option in paypal. Again in this case too, if you get lots of mass payments, paypal will get suspicious.
This may help too..
After he buy's your product, make him sign a contract (he can print and sign then scan and upload) that he has received the product in working condition. If your product is license based, you may give him the product and after he sends you the signed contract, give him the license key and if he chargebacks, show it to paypal.
In case of a service, make him sign a contract that he knows that the service he will be taking is not refundable and if he does a chargeback, you are not liable to return the money.

Do you think that if I include something like what you said about the chargebacks in my TOS, paypal will consider it? I think it might just work. It's definitely the easiest method to apply and it will work for automated sales systems. Thanks for your advice. You gave me some good ideas.

NO! Donations can still work with unauthorized transaction. I mean as far as I remember, one of my friend's site had a donation button and some guy (maybe a competitor?) donated some amount and then charge backed resulting in his paypal being limited.

This must be their new method of getting info products for free. But I'll try so see if I can get around this and report back. It depends though if I get more people trying to fuck with me like that.

Hey there was a website posted here before, its like a script for an online contract that buyers check mark claiming that they agree to the terms so they cant chargeback. Ill post it when I find it.

Its a blatant lie that you can read miles away and paypal just accepts it blindly, no more "investigation" on this kinda stuff.

I emailed back paypal showing them all this and letting them how obvious it is that it's all a bunch of bullshit, but they just closed the case and left me without the money. Fuckin' assholes. It took them a week to "investigate" that too.
Maybe I will create a product called 'Ho To Hack Into Anybodies Paypal Account' and get their attention. Then discuss this matter.
