Today i logged into my CB account, stats says there is one sale, but gross sales amount is zero, 2 hours later stats show i have a second sale, same products but sales amount is still 0.00 !

Any one experienced this before, or have an explanation of this

Check your affiliate link to see if its working it should be affiliate=youraffiliateid .If you are getting sale it should be more than $0

Thank you for your answer, my hop link is correct, and i can see my afiliate ID at the bottom of the order form.

Go to reporting -> transactions and find the transaction ID's. Contact clickbank and send them the codes.

Thanks your but, It does not show in Transaction page, nor on the daily snaps shot..!

Is it possible they signed up for a free trial that only pays out if they purchase after the trial period?

Im also getting similiar stats to the OP lately and I dont sell anything that has free trials. I hate Clickbanks stats and also think that they could do with their site being re-vamped too!

Initial sales amount = $0 usually means that the vendor has set up that product for 0% commissions (or a low commission e.g. 1%). However, what is strange in the image you posted is that hop per order =0. That does not make sense.
Contact Clickbank; might be a glitch! If you want, you can also PM me the product and I can check for you if the vendor is doing anything shady.

it's already happened to me, they're probably offer a trial when visitor try to leave the website.

Thank you bro for your answer, it's a new launched product and i don't see any trial or free product through there funnel.
I just received there reply now this is what support said:

"Thank you for your inquiry! II looked into your account and noticed that rhe product in question (item #1) is a free product for customers. Therefore, the commission was zero. You will see it in your Analytics Tab since the customer did go through you HopLink to purchase the product but you won't see it in your Transactions tab."

Shes mentioned only item#1 while there was 2 purchases! Product price is 1xx $ on both sales page and order page!

I've spoken through PM with the OP and found out what was going on; however, for the benefit of everyone I also wanted to post here (without revealing the product name since that is the decision of the OP)...

If something like this happens to someone else, here is a quick check you can do: hover your pointer on the 'buy now' button on the vendor's order page, it will either be something like this:
(1) http://ITEM.VENDOR.pay.clickbank.net
or it will be cloaked, eg:
(2) productname.com/cb.php

If it is the latter, go to http://www.redirect-checker.org/ paste the clocked link there and it should give you a link like (1).
Check the number/code of ITEM in the link. It would be e.g. 1, 10, or a combination of letters, eg prod1

Next, go to your analytics page, and on the left hand side click SALES -> BY PRODUCT
It will say something in the format of:
VENDOR: ITEM

If the ITEM code/number here is different than the ITEM code/number on the sales page, then the vendor may be doing something shady and cutting you out. There are other situations of course, e.g. an exit pop up offering a discounted version, so the ITEM bought will be different than that of the main sales page. However, if you got zero $ on the sale and the item number is different, be careful!

Thank you @mancar487 for your tips to find fraudulent vendor, i am till waiting for vendor's reply to my email, although i don't think he can give an admissible explanation, also waiting for the clickbank answer for my second ticket where i explained everything as you did in your pm.
CB support first answer is a total nonsense, of course i will reveal vendor/product here or in a new shitlist thread once i receive there feedback!

It's 5 sales now with zero commission: https://imgur.com/a/d7kQ0
