Here is my review based on the review copy package (smallest package).

From 15 web 2.0 I got 20 delivered from which 19 were live. A few had images inserted in the content not sure why all didn't though.

The content used on those web 2.0 was unique as for readability it could be better. Same content was used on all web 2.0s (could be at least spun). As far as other tiers go everything is in order for my standard (not that picky for t2 and below).

Video could also be more cleaner and simple but it does the job for link building.

I will be commenting my ranking improvements (#13 and #30) for low competitive keywords in about a week or two (havent done any other link building for the past month to that page with keywords).

OP given review of small package. my site is pretty new haven't done much for that. One of the long tail keyword that i provided reached #15 rank which is good.

All links were good. I have some problem with couple of links that i checked so i contacted op. He was fast enough to replaced those links. So, Communication was very good.

As mentioned above youtube video can be made with little high quality. pictures were little blurry. but video was good.

I also didn't liked web 2.0 much. 1 article was posted in all web 2.0 and wasn't even spun. This can impact rankings. op should have atleast used 2-3 hand written articles & should have use spinning tool. Or Atleast should have given login passwords so we can change it later.

Rest social signals, press release, article submissions all were good.

Just some update (the kw was usually on 15-19th place).

I think if web 2.0s would be fixed each having unique content or at least 3 like mentioned before and spun so it looks unique then that would be great. Or just give an option to send our own articles?
