I received a review link from the seller to test out the service.
The site metric was 32/22 PA/DA. For majestic it was 15 TF/ 18 CF. 126 RD and 42 educational backlinks. It's a quality site. I've worked with the seller before, and these are typical metrics for most of his sites.
As for the content, it was 500 words. I think the seller uses some sort of AI content writer. It's better than the non-native English writers you'd find on Fiverr. It's readable. Also, the link is contextually placed and highly relevant to my website. There were 2 images in the post.
The link was not indexed but only because they were just posted yesterday. The links I've gotten from the seller typically indexes well as it's decent content.
The site looks like a typical PBN that I've found here on BHW. It's a blog roll in the home page. Seller does vary his design and look so no obvious PBN footprints (at least to me).
for the price, it's definitely worth it. I've used his services before on Tier 1 properties and gotten good boosts for MS.
