Hello all! Thanks for looking at my post. Just wondering if anyone has had success in getting a lower CPV than $0.01?

I know the lowest you can set your CPV bid is $0.01, but some people are telling me that through "proper optimization" you can push the CPV lower than that.

May be lower depending on country, video, optimization, ....
That is not the lowest level.
I used to know someone running only 0.003 per cpv

Let's put it like that.
I got 1100 Clicks at $10. My average CPC is still showing $0.01, but who you call dumbs, achieve this.
Now go back to your mama, and get some milk, because you all lack proper basic education.
