Is someone stealing posts from BHW?

I posted today on a Lounge forum. While googling for some more info on my posted subject, I came across my exact post here, but on another website.

Less than 30 minutes after I posted here. :O

All those posts are from here I think.

Perhaps it's an API feed type of repost website? Looks like stealing content to me though.

So if googlebot crawls that site before it crawls bhw then the bhw content will be labeled as duplicate. They may be fast indexing their stolen content to ensure that. Just a wild guess.

There are several websites that do this - just run a Google search on some older thread titles and you'll see quite a few results. I'm sure some are scraping by the minute for new content.

There's loads of threads about these, it happens all the time and it's nothing to worry about.

See this a lot, the RSS feed from bhw is being used, not a lot can do about it

Saw this as well but it's been happening for a long time. I had a few google alerts setup and I kept getting alerts from strange random sites with the same titles like on BHW

Those scraper sites are nothing new. We have more than enough threads about them.
