im a bit confused on using LSI, For example if im writting an article on phillips screwdrivers, would I include LSI like long philips screwdrivers. Or bigger ones that relate to the content such as philips, screwdriver, tools, hardware tools. And how many LSI per 1000 word article?

It depends how many LSI keywords you have. Just make sure your targeted kw have greater density than LSIs. And I usually use those keywords (LSI) what popps on google related searches/suggestions.

Anything and everything related to philips screwdrivers is an LSI of it, but to get an idea look at the bottom of google search for these keywords and use those to start with. No rule on how many you should be using, compare your content with your competition which you can find ranking on google already.

No, "long Philips Screwdriver" is a long tail. LSI are related keywords. So for example (not the best example) "carpenters tools" would be relevant to screwdrivers.

^^ This

90% people hare have no idea what LSI actually is and thus by building, what they think are, LSI keywords, then build shittons of partials and get stuck on second page. OP do some further study on LSIs, it might save you a lot of money.
