Sold my website within 6 hours of listing it on flippa. 8 Month website made around $130 p/m and sold it for 18 times the value. I didn't even auctioned it off, (listed it for website cliassified) just sold it to the first buyer after listing it for $9.

Transactions went smoothly just some high success fees from Flippa but overall I am extremely happy.

Wow, that is actually proof that there is a buyer for just about everything, just need a hint of luck. Congrats!

Awesome! :)

Congratulations on the quick sale!

Amazon affiliate sites are definitely hot sellers right now and are increasingly growing in popularity among both new/old internet entrepreneurs which is why these sites have the tendency to sell rather quickly.

Hello,

Dear, how much time did it take for you to make that website?

And how old was the website?

Would you like to tell us your story? I hope you won't mind sharing your experience.

Cheers!

Deby.

Congrats OP !

(No offence but) But I believe you could have sold this site for around 4k.

But once again, well done ! :)

Website age was around 8 - 9 months
It had around 50 Posts and 5 pages
Time spend maybe 8 hours a week
Mostly best xxxxxxxx 2017 review
I only targeted long tail keyword (ranks quicker) and this types of keywords is very targeted: example: Best laptops for toddlers under 10 reviews 2017

So post / page will taget : Laptop, laptops, Best Laptops, Best Laptop, Best Laptops for toddlers, Best laptop for toddlers under 10, etc.....

Unique visitors: around 1250 p/m (very low count) but like I said before I only targeted long tail keyword which has a buyer intent.

According to Ahrefs: 15 kw Top 3
50 kw Top 50
720 kw Top 100

Hope this answer your questions.

Maybe I could have sold it for more but I have another offline project that I am going to focus on next year so I needed the cash to buy some equipment.
And for what is worth in my country that is almost an average workers yearly pay so I can't complain.

I will also start a new site yearly next year maybe making a IM Journey from it.

Best of luck for other projects !

$2.5K i guess

Well after Flippa takes their cut I am left with $2K

I also did an evaluation from Empire Flippers but I would have been left with $1750 so Flippa was the best bet
