Bad service!!!
I bought 10 dedicated proxies. One day they just changed on proxy IP to another one. After that I cant to login to my Google and Instagram account. I cant recover my accounts because I need to to login from the same IP. So I lost thousands of followers on Instagram.

No. The answer:
"Like I mentioned previously. We had to return some blocks to their respective ISP, which means there had to be some proxies that had to be replaced"
They also sugeest to try to change proxy and login again. But of course it does not work.
So bye bye to my google account and instagram account.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. There are no proxy companies that can perfect their inventory of IPs with 100% accuracy - us included. This return process happens only 1-3 times per year depending on variable stock and it's inevitable.
Please email [email protected] and we can issue you a full refund for the inconvenience this has caused.
We have IPs located in Brazil. As for their effectiveness on Google, I would recommend contacting us for a trial. The results typically depend on the user software.

I dont want my money back. I would pay 2, 3 or even 10 times more to get my google and instagram accounts back.

I just ordered some proxies and I see that you guys rotate every 30 days. Is there a way that I can keep the same proxies and not rotate? I need them for social accounts.

Thank you for contacting us here. By default, the proxies that were provided in your account will not rotate, even after renewal, and you should be able to use the same IPs every month. If you absolutely want to retain the same IPs for your account, you may activate that option through your proxy dashboard's settings. How many vps ips can I authorize for using the proxies when I purchase the Rotating proxies package? Also are these ips all residential or datacentre? can I set a timer for rotation of proxies? And can I only set it to rotate US only proxies?

We normally suggest to go for dedicated proxies for such usages, as the dedicated proxy's IPs are not shared, and once assigned into your account, only you will have access to those IPs, thus making them suitable for such usage purposes. The dedicated proxy's IPs are definitely static and they will not change. You may consult our support channel here: [email protected] , if you have questions concerning our proxy services.
We allow you to authorize an unlimited amount of IPs for proxy access. The rotating proxies utilize datacenter type of IPs and we do not offer residential proxies. The rotating proxy's timer can be individually set from 10 minutes to 120 minutes interval, depending on your preference. And depending on which region you purchase the rotating proxies from (we have USA/Brazil/Germany), if you purchased rotating proxies from either one of these locations, you will be given access to proxies from that location only.
Has this issue been resolved yet? As we like to use the proxies for our instagram automation.

No, it was not solved. I still use this service but everyday I afraid that it could happen to my other accounts.
I just added phone numbers to most of my accounts. If there would be the same probkem I could recover my accounts via phone number
