If your new account don't have enough followers - you can't follow more than 600 users. So you need to get around 100 followers and this is fast and easy way to get them.

This will only help with fast bans after adding links.
Instagram crawlers are scraping links on a consistent basis sometimes every day for more then a year now.
You need a cloaker or prelander and track the outgoing link on the prelander for ig crawler bots/manual reviews.
