Talk to service provider and go with established one, i mean thread with tons of reviews and old ones. You will slowly learn how to make safe purchase on BHW.

Scammers here are banned on first site, zero tolerance.

If the BST thread is old and has reviews, they're likely not scammers or they'd be gone.

Beside reviews as is anybody saying above, you should also buy in steps. I mean you should but first only 10% of your total needs. And then, if their service is good, start buying some more.

he came to us, we give him sample and cut a nice deal for him but he claim himself can pay much more money but on the dealing day he said he scammed by another person and he call off our deal, so he is just a time waster. if you want to deal with him, is your own risk.

you didn't give me samples, 1 email from a 1500 data base is no sample my friend, no need to lie. And yes I cut the deal because if you want to sell me leads you should provide at least 10% from them to check if it's real. You want me to pay you $500? np, just prove that you are not a scam and you will get your money.

I suppose you could pay 10% or 1% even but expecting freebees is a different game

He didn't agree to sell me part of the list...wanted to sell me the bulk of nothing. I don't expect anyone share their info for free but i wanted to even pay for a small piece to check the quality. I think it's legit enough. Moreover, the dude was posting here 2 different skyp's (from what I found) trying to sell me the list one time for $2000 one time for $500. For me it's sounded kinda strange.

Yeah that's why i cut the deal. Funniest thing is that I opened a thread to know more ways to identify scammers like him, and he is commenting here trashing about me LOL

Did he offer to sell to you through this site? If so report his messages because he is not allowed to sell here. Only people who pay for the privilege are allowed to sell here.

But if he initially contacted you through this site then he's still breaking the rules.
