There are no receiving limits neither on the account nor on the VBA (Global Payment Service). The card itself has a $10k limit because of security reasons. If you have more than $10k in your Payoneer account and you start spending/withdrawing using the card, the card balance is getting filled up continuously from your remaining account balance.
