What works in this software?

So far, i have not been able to getting the pinning of multiple posts to work.

So far, i have not been able to scrape pictures from other boards.

So far, i have not been able to repin.


I have not even started testing the comments and follow/unfollow functionalities; but the way things are going, i suspect that these are not working also

I haven’t heard from support in a day. I have made factual statements about “functions” which are not working.


Isn’t a technical support staff member supposed to react to my statements of facts?


Am I the only PinDominator user experiencing these problems? If that’s the case, then, maybe I am unable to properly configure the software to work. If that’s the case, shouldn’t someone from support offer to assist me in configuring the software.


And by the way; support, does not have to be free.


If it is configuration problem, then it is my fault; therefore, I should bare the cost of any assistance; especially if, there is an article in the “knowledge base” addressing my specific problem.


If it is not a configuration problem, but rather a problem with the software; then, support should obviously be free.


Right Now,


All I hear is complete silence.


Not single member of your support has come out to confirm or deny; whether the software still works or not.

I have nothing but the highest regards for the PinDominator support staff.


The support was timely, disciplined and competent.


My copy of PinDominator is now working as it is supposed to. I have even made some suggestions to the PD tech support and they have agreed to implement my suggestions. I am looking forward to the updated and more advanced version of PinDominator.
