It is mentioned that the site earns $300/mo.

Now, should I buy these domain and if I earn would I be making the same money per month ?

It depends on where the traffic is coming from, ask him to let you access his google analytics. If he say no go away

Flippa is good but always check the domain reputation by doing a search for it and make sure that by asking proof its worth or not before you purchasing on flippa.

Check the guys history on Flippa. A lot of guys make identical sites then use the same traffic/revenue info/stats for all sites.
The fact the site is making $300 p/m does not mean you will make the same amount, you need to get full details of his traffic generation methods.
His amazon screenshot may show earnings from several sites or could be fake.
Carry out full due diligence.

Before I purchased a website from flippa the owner is clever he send photoshopped pictures and created traffic using tools also created instagram followers using online service. So its recommended to check the income via remote also take 1 or 2 contacts of their customer and ask they really they purchased it.

In my case that scammer himself registered from different ips and created orders and make it as orders delivered. I have added the money flippa after I got the website I sent mass email to all the customer and dailed all the number none worked. So its reallly becareful while purchasing a domains from flippa. Take expert help dont judge your self.
