How is the index rate ? Hope this is a quality product like keysearch.

I've been trying to index a few links for few days now and it's not being added or showing on the dashboard . Looks like this service is down or there's something seriously wrong with the website. Considering you can't carry your unused credit into the next month I regard this as bad service
 
I'm also having problems with IndexInject since November 23. There's a notice on the home page citing problems with 2captcha, but those problems were resolved long ago. Hopefully the OP for this thread will post an update here or better yet, on the IndexInject site.
 
For anyone looking to purchase this , note that OP has abandoned his website , the website is non functional . Links are not getting added and he is not replying to emails sent weeks ago. I a considering opening a shit list

The site is working fine. We've processed hundreds of thousands of links today. We have no support tickets from you at all. If links aren't being added it most likely means you ran out of credits. It shows your credits usage in the dashboard. If you are having issues contact us at support. We didn't respond to this thread because for some reason BHW didn't send me any notification that there were posts going on here. You can also PM me if you are having issues. We respond to all support emails and PM's within 24 hours. Im not sure where you tried to contact us but we don't have any email from you either here or at support.
 
I have 10,000 credits left and I have the screen print of all the unaswered emails sent. It's odd that you don't check your sales forum
 
I have been using this service for months, it is a great service, and their support is very good.
 
what happens to un-used credit at the end of the month?

I'm asking becasue I'm a very light user. I process about 50 - 100 links monthly.
