For the record - I have been tested by Mensa and have an IQ over 145. Intelligence does NOT equal wealth, intelligence usually equals mental masturbation and over rationalisation. I may sound bitter as most of the successful people on this forum do - listening to the same stupid questions over and over again both in real life and online gets old very fast. To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand @KingMatt's copypasta. The pasta is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of copyethical physics most of the pastas will go over a typical reader's head. There are some good points in here...I think mostly it's just that even if we see a method works there's a large gap between understanding that something works and "how" to make it work. At least that's often the case for me.

A lot of methods require prior knowledge, as many of them are modern twists and alterations of previous methods. So when a "newb" happens upon even methods that work, they tend to not take action simply because they have no idea "how" to. Which is why I've seen dropshipping take off like wildfire over almost any other method. It has an insanely low threshold because the "how" is explained in great detail. It's even easier to understand than starting a blog, hah.

I'm not making excuses or anything. Just my opinion why some otherwise intelligent people aren't making any progress at getting started. Imo I don't think anyone deserves to be hand held to success anyway.

Intelligence and wealth don't always go together.

Sir Alan Sugar dropped out of school with very little formal qualifications, Paul Sykes the UK buildr admits he could just about read and write when he left chool.

Having the ability to answer Mensa tests and having the ability to think on your feet are poles apart.
Same applies with corporate team building days, seen these in action where the ' clever people ' with their BSc, MSc etc struggle with the practical aptitude tests. A good friend of mine is a maths teacher, he has 4 different masters degrees in different maths areas, but he has zero common sense when it comes to business applications.
