Has anyone seen this error before?

Hello,

I have been running facebook ads from a year now and have not faced much issues with them. But recently I am trying to start an add campaign and are facing this issue over and over again and it won't let me start a campaign.

I have attached the screen shot of the same. There are no pending dues on any of my fb account and neither there any other admins associated with the accounts (who could have dues pending). But everytime I try to edit the campaign it shows this error and says your add does not comply with our TOS.

Any suggestion or help would be highly appreciated.

my cousin has this problem before,
like you see in this Message " Bcs of charges that haven't been paid"
so you need to paid this last month before stopping Fb ads

All the charges are already paid, now there is no pending dues to be paid in any of my account.

That is also done, I have new card attached there with full limit and money loaded in there.

if everything is paid just contact their support, they usually reply faster when money is involved and if it's something on their site they will help you out.

I have been appealing them ever since but nothing has been done from their end as yet, is there any other way to contact their support? Please share link.
