Hi,
I am running german fitness websites and I read that there are websites that force their visitors to mine BTC for them.
How can I do this? Can s1 share a tutorial or insights with me?

I do not think it is legal to do so .

I'm guessing you need an absolute shit load of traffic to do so.

I got ~200.000 visitors per month. So far I read about js scripts but they are very inefficient

https://coinhive.com/

If you want to hide it from them you just cant. Adblock detects it. There is a 2nd method and requests the user to accept and start mining.

200.000 visitors per month I hope you know what is "adsense"

its way better than vistiors mining for you.

Only way to run miner on the client's machine via your website is JS and JS Mining scripts are easily detected by Antivirus.

It's not BTC' it's Monero. I'm doing it using a script from Pop-coin.co, they gave me a JS to put on my site and for the moment I didn't get any complaint.

I'm running a site with a miner and made $10 over 2 months with only about 3-6 people on my website constantly per day.
THE MAIN THING to think about is that monero is going to go up over time so in the next 3 years that could be worth $1000. Ask in this thread if you have any questions.

It is illegal in so many countries by law

An example would be nice? Because there are not "many" countries that have ANY laws about crypto currencies let alone for this specifically.

Exactly what I was thinking. What countries already have strict crypto laws?

Its not illegal in EU, I have a website mining but not with bitcoin because you can forget to get a single cent from users laptops and smartphones with average visit of a few minutes. Get other crypto and start mining.

To ppl saying its uses the users resources... technicaly by visiting your website a user uses ram and cpu power... etc just in smaller scale. There is no regulation "how much resources single page shall use" so just pump your wallet

Also how in the world can be illegal to ask your visitors "I am using 10% of your processor power in exchange of free access to my content, do you agree?" Its simple deal between me and the visitor.

It's not specifically on crypto, It is illegal to use the visitors/users computers for un-informed operations

Have been running coinhive on one of the sites for 10 hours. Site has over 250 users all the time.
Coinhive gets blocked by adblocks unless you ask for permission. If there is a js miner which doesn't get blocked then earning can be much better.
