trafficbot.diaboliclabs.com is working?

Hey folks, after the 2 days research. I decided to buy the diaboliclabs traffic bot lifetime ($29). But, before making a purchase, I contact the support through email([email protected]) for some extra information on a week before. But, Still, I didn't receive any replies from their side. So, I want to know is there anybody using this software? Is this software genuine to buy?

can it increase ranking in alexa?
do they have different IP for you to use? how many per day?
