What About Using Popunder To Boost Youtube Views?

Hello, i am tinkering of using popads.net or any other network
to promote my youtube video to increase its views.

No, i don't want to use all these youtube view boosting seller
because my researches show that they are using bot which youtube
will later remove or worse still delete the video.

But with popunder network at least it will be viewed by targeted people
(by doing filtering) using different browsers, devices, networks and from
different countries.

Has anyone used or has knowledge of popunder to promote youtube video,
please share your experience or view, thanks.

I know some people who use for something similar, it works for them. But with YT i'm pretty sure the views won't be counted if they autoplay on another website (or popunder).
