Successfully scraped Instagram?

Has anyone successfully scraped Instagram? I know I can only scroll through the first 950, or so, usernames in a list of followers of followings so I am just looking to scrape small accounts. I also know that I have to wait at least ten minutes between scraping 950 usernames off a list. But if I set up a script to scrape a list of followers and wait ten minutes, will I get banned if I run this 24/7?

Has anyone successfully scraped followers or followings in IG?

I would not advise you to do this. Instagram support is disapproved.

As far as I know, you can only get the list of followers and followings of the account that you got the API keys from.

Ya I do this pretty regularly with my own custom bot. I don't get anywhere near 950 usernames every ten minutes though.
