Bitcoin in reality...

cG3oeQU

I wanted to add that one in as well (of course) but it not matching the color scheme of the rest pissed me off. I have a problem.

Sidenote: Look at this fucktard: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/7gu7ow/yesss_my_boss_just_decided_to_pay_my_salary_in/

I feel proud, as I'm sure even the most die-hard crypto junkie on BHW isn't this turdburgaly.

I've been reconsidering my believes on crypto thinking if I'm not just being a hater and potentially missing out but then I saw Tai Lopez made a product about it https://www.the67steps.com/product.php?id=1247&_s=5a2127d2e2eda

You're just like the rest of the bitcoin experts (notice I included you in that camp;))... using convenience to predict the future of bitcoin... i.e.:

Just sold a bunch of bitcoin - "bitcoin price is going to tank, you should jump ship now!"

Just bought a bunch of bitcoin - "bitcoin is the currency of the future! Buy buy buy!"

Having listened to his mumbling like he knows what he's talking about on a product I actually paid for, couldn't agree more.

So I decided to still keep away from crypto and let the kids play investors while I do what actually makes money and keeps me satisfied with what I do :)

That doesn't seem like such a big issue to me. They get paid the amount of Bitcoin his salary is worth on the payment date, not a specific amount that does not change with the price.

It's no different to getting paid in USD and then buying BTC, except this way they don't have to pay stupid fees. If he wants, he can always just sell it right away and make a profit regardless of Bitcoin's price increase/decrease (Buy/Sell price on sites like LocalBTC is always £10-30 different)

They also mentioned that their landlord is about to start accepting Bitcoin. Sounds like a win-win in their case.

In England, at least, you don't pay tax on Crypto unless you convert it into GBP. I don't see a single part of the above that makes him a "fucktard".

Without people like this, the currency will never become a currency.

Take the Coinbase employees for example:

He's probably worth 100s of millions just because he chose to get paid in Bitcoin. What a "fucktard"
