How I found this? Because I've been sending traffic to BB's offers. Few months back sales were consistent then it start dropping drastically. It doesn't make sense especially since it was targeted traffic. So I suspect they may be hijacking affiliate sales... and there you have it, full proof.

It seems that many CB vendors shaves terrible. I know many more vendors who does it but I won't talk much about it.

I had one friend who saw this thread (back then) and was freaking mad about it because he has spent thousands in PPC advertising to promote his product. So he emailed Clickbank and report it, along with the link to the thread.

Guess what Clickbank did? Clickbank FORWARDED the message to Kyle Leon for explanation.

Kyle Leon simply 'reply to all' and said he did it because he wants to avoid sales from 'leaking' in his PPC advertising; and that he is sick of affiliates 'stealing' his supposedly commissions. His final message was, "Clickbank please blacklist this affiliate IDs from ever promoting my products ever again."

Clickbank did that and sided him (Kyle Leon). Wow.

Think about it... would Clickbank want to suspend a vendor who's bringing tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars to them just to side an affiliate that merely brings thousands, if not, just hundreds? Also, these vendors usually network with the Clickbank team in their summit and networking sessions, so they're cozy with each other.

I checked it,its going to the affiliate link in my test,but I'm not seeing the id that OP mentioned.But that is very dirty of Kyle Leon.If he is worried of affiliates 'stealing' his sales he can get off a clickbank what a bodybuilding jerk!!!!.Crap like this can cause affiliates to lose money if they are dealing with paid ads.

Seems to me that periodically testing your CB affiliate links is the way to go. if you find someone cheating, you will need to change to another vendor. Sad reality. How about JVZoo? or is the same with those guys too? Is it a common practice on the affiliate world?

I wouldnt waste my time. Promtoe vendors that dont shave. WHo knows what else this idiot is doing on the backend to our customers and the upsells...
