Hello, my IG page relies on other people photos. I am basically just reposting them. So far, I always asked for permission to use their photos. However, it is very time consuming and many people just won't respond. My question is: Can I use their photos without asking them? This should be considered fair us since I comment on it in the photo description. Keep on mind that I always tag and credit the owner. My main concern is that if I grow the account and I start making money out of it (I want to sell merch and other stuff), will it still be classified as fair use?
Thank you for your answer! Well with my niche, there is no way I will get to that number. I am thinking 300k max. And also I was thinking that whenever I would promote my product I would use my own photo therefore it should not interfere with the fair use.I believe your are getting into legal territory with strict definitions, something you would need to talk to a lawyer about or read IG's TOS.
But I wouldn't worry at all unless you're planning on growing past a 1,000,000 following - give or take.
It was up for 1 day on both accounts thanks
Are you allowed to run 5 to 10 accounts on home IP without get banned?
Some people have stated that if you get a like block (when on a proxy), you should put the account on your home ip to check if it is a proxy-realted issue or a account-related issue (meaning the acc. got flagged).more than 3 is dangerous
Seems like this is either a bug or kind of "top-9-block". I have experienced this also on some accounts. It sucks damn a lot, the solution for that is unknown. I slowed down all my settings / actions and after about 2 weeks, I appeared again in the Top 9 - but I am still not sure if it was a bug or just a matter of time...This is tags who got like 100 posts in them where pictures average 10-20 likes when i got almost 2k and 40 comments.
Could it be some kind of shadowban?
then do it, try to bot 20 account at home on the same ipI dont know why more than 3 accounts would be dangerous, there are a ton of public wifi networks in cafes and restaurants that many people log each day on instagram.
For example you log with 3 acc and let the bot do the job and then log off and log in different accounts later
then do it, try to bot 20 account at home on the same ip
Same thing happened with me also, one of my post got removed and after that suddenly new followers are 95% lost.(i mean not getting new followers at all) usually i get 400 to 800 daily.Hi Froger thanks for your help, another question, so both of my fitness accounts got the same image taken down due to it being in appropriate, as soon as this happened my accounts have gone from earning 600 followers a day down to like 10! I have also posted new pictures onto the account and I have used hashtags and it doesn’t look like they have been displayed under them. My likes and comments are still really good but my followers have gone down loads. What do you suggest? I’m thinking about just leaving the accounts alone for a few days and hopefully it starts gaining again.

Froger, I have FollowLiker , and Im going to do the "follow & unfollow method" but my compeitor has 80K followers and I want to follow his followers but instagram max following is 7K and I want to use FL to scrape his followers and follow and unfollow until i hit the 7K cap/ his 80K followers but once im done unfollowing and following how do I start over again the follow and unfollow method using followliker but i dont want followliker to follow the same people again ? you get what i mean ? what do i do?So you had decent growth even before you posted the picture it seems like. I would continue to do what you did before and just give things some time and see if things change.
If you are worry about losing followers, deactivate your account for 15 days. I am going to do the same.I've spoken to a guy who had the same problem he was losing thousands of followers a day it took him 15 days before his account went back to normal again! We're just going to have to ride it out im afraid![]()
