You might have it with your installed theme , if so then you just have to enable the Breadcrumbs. Or else add a plugin.View attachment 98011
Hello there i have seen this in few sites and i think its good for SILO and also provide easy navigation for users.
But i don't know the name of plugin ?
It's breadcrumbs, and it's a thing to avoid if possible. Stuffs keywords to unrelated pages. It's fine for user experience, but for onsite SEO it's bad.
Interesting! Can you please explain why its bad for Onsite SEO? In my personal experience, (Especially with E-commerce websites) Breadcrumbs are still useful on so many levels, It definitely helps to reduce bounce rate and Structuring data ( filtering, attribute mapping, product feed), Recently we overhauled a large e-commerce website with a massive presence online but outranked by smaller sites. All we did, introducing, breadcrumbs & filtering and already seeing positive results. Thanks.
It simply leaves keywords where they should not be. It inflates keyword densities. For example breadcrumbs like "widget -> best widget - best widgets for dogs" and straight away you got 3x "widget" on one page. It's good for interlinking, but if you are really planning to use it, I would be careful with this.
I see, Thank you for the info. Mostly we do Navigation----> Brand --> Model or Collection-->type,( rest on attribute filtering) is that bad?
