First site making $1k/mo - Now what?

I don't have much of a presence here but am always lurking! Anyone reading this that has contributed a method or two, I'd like to personally thank you for giving people actionable advice on how to change their lives. Also, a quick note for the other lurkers:

Information overload is real folks! Stop looking at all these methods and take action. Stop looking for an AIO solution from one or two forums posts and focus on the basics of business and marketing. Double down on your strengths and make a master plan for a 3 month term then laser focus on solely that. You'll find that when you start spending less time here and more on your plans,money will come!

ANYWAYS... I'm looking for some advice.

I have a nichey service based website making 1k sometimes 2k/mo (net). I want to reinvest in a dropshipping site with a niche that looks promising. Site is done in all aspects. But acquiring traffic is 100% not going to work the way I did for the last site.

SO..

With a $500 starting adspend budget, what is my best option for a dropshipping site? Shoutouts? PPC? Email list rentals? Looking for people who have a site and what they did to get the ball rolling.

I don't have site yet but many successful guys say that IG influencer posts are great way to start. Especially if you don't know how to do FB ads or anything else. If you know how handle fb and all that then go for it, but i know many guys banking with only IG shoutouts.

Yeah I'm thinking I should buy an insta account in my niche to kickstart my "authority" level then grab some shoutouts.

I have been doing a lot of research on fb ads and clickfunnels but unless I have a plan where I can make enough $ within the free trail to pay for the following month including adspend, I'm not going to go that route first

Why not create your own social media assest to drive traffic. Get a bot and build 2-3 IG accounts in the niche you are in. Once they have enough followers start promoting 1-2 times a week. This will not cost you much money at all, Also side by side try other paid techniques as you have already mentioned. If you find the right influencer you can hit a gold mine but this is something which cannot be scaled. However in Facebook once you find the right audience it can be scaled to make more income.
