How long for links?

My Anchor text in AHRefs is
URL = 31%
Website (as anchor text ) = 30%
Brand = 11%
Then I have another 30 anchors ranging from 8% to 1%

Does this seem OK?

this seems fine to me; but now is time to add more anchors, as you have too much branded.

My experiment min 3 months

3 months until links kick in? Thats ridiculous and doesn't make any sense. Google is trying to give to the user fresh and relevant, not outdated information. In my experience once the links are indexed (usually in a week, naturally), the change in rankings can be expected max 2 weeks after that. Sure, the full effect may take more time, but some movements in the rankings happens pretty soon.

See mate , Stop fucking around ! From the back-end data given all seems okay just one couldn't get access to your on-site to make a good assertion. I'll advice to wait much longer , Let say a month to see improvement on SERP. Stop complicating things cos bhw would always give you that option.

you should consider new domains have sandbox of couple months. I believe you get power from backlink after about a month since indexation.

i checked it with expired domains (they hold a lot of link juice loaded just waiting to link out) and its always about one month unless the target domain is brand new

He is talking for 8 years old website, so sandbox is out of question.
Anyway Ill say it again - 2 months and no movement at all after 70 links means something is not right. Maybe is the links, maybe is the anchors, maybe is on-page, but something definitely is not right. I would suggest you to buy a single super strong link from big website in your niche and see how it goes.

meh WMT is showing less BL than Moz lol. Highly unreliable .. Google simply doesn't want/care to show you all of them...

You will know for sure that google has picked up those links when you see them there - until then - you need to wait. Who care's about MOZ? Is Moz owned by google? NO!

Of course it shows less links than Moz. GWT will show you the links that it's considering while ranking the site. Links in Moz, Ahrefs nor Majestic do not really matter unless they are showing in GWT. There might be some links not showing there, sure, but if I were to rely on something here (and it pains me to say), it would be GWT.

if it was 2 months and its not a brand new domain then it could be:
- they worked but you have kw density penalty (including anchors) so u are 30+
- they didnt work because they are not indexed
- they got indexed but they are crap
- they got indexed and arent crap but arent from relevant sites


or your website just triggered so many red flags that link dont count anymore ;d

A friend of mine got his website spam attacked - gazillion of cheap links with anchors like viagra and casino - thousands of them in GWT - zero effect at his ranking, Google ignored them all. I have 301 redirect to one of my website, send some of they keywords from 6th to first page - absolutely nothing in the GWT about the redirect - not showing any links. Being at GWT tell you nothing about how and for what Google count the links.

Well that's not how you do neg SEO nowadays. Google has filters set in for the most obvious neg SEO attacks. Also, 70 links, I wouldn't be counting with 70 links really. 10 were from PBNs maybe and the rest was just diversity stuff that rarely does anything. Those 10 links might have been too weak or they are not in effect as of yet.

Yes, but it's at least some sign of acknowledgement when they are shown in GWT.

Well I would consider what kind of links I am buying I suppose. Still, I would let the site rest a month and then evaluate everything.

You should start seeing results few days after links are indexed.

It could be anywhere to 2 weeks to months. You're ability to see results quickly depends on where you currently are in the rankings and how tough your competition is. If you're already top 10, you'll barely move. If you're in position 300, you might see your site move to top 100 rather quickly.
