I have 100+ domain names i need to renew soon and from the looks of it my current registrar is doing a reverse Cyber Monday lol. To my surprise they bumped the 1 year renewal price 7 times today. I'm not paying that and i'll move my domains to a different registrar.

I was using this site: https://tld-list.com/ to compare 1 year renewal prices and transfer prices and Porkbun seems to be the winner, at least for that specific tld i'm looking at now.

There aren't too many mentions on BHW about this registrar. I found some reviews elsewhere, pretty much all of them are positive, but i still wonder.

So does any of you have any experience with Porkbun?

I can't give any reviews for Porkbun, as I don't use it, but maybe you will find useful an alternative: Alpnames. I don't use this either ( lol ) but I recently did some domain searches and they've got good prices on certain tld's

True. They have good prices when you register, sometimes too good, then they rape you with the renewal prices, i'm trying to move from there. :)
Actually i registered these 100+ domains completely free back then with them, i already paid the 1 year renewal fee once, which was an ok price, but i refuse to pay their inflated prices this time, so i'm moving.

I tried Porkbun, opposite with the poor interface I feel this is a good place to stay with.
Cheap domain, easy to manage, free domain privacy and ssl certificate. Also easy payment with PayPal or Credit Card.

I don't mind the poor/simple interface. Some registrars overcomplicate things, you can't easily find simple functions and stuffed with features you'll never use. I noticed the free domain privacy after i moved my domains, the SSL i won't be using, but it's a great thing to have. BTC payments are accepted too.I like them already, but i guess time will tell how good they are.

Just a quick update on this one: the transfer was done within the usual 5 days time frame. Easy payment, no hiccups with the transfer, the DNS propagates fast too, literally in minutes. So far so good, let's see how good they are in the long run.
